003/004/005 - Be able to do 200 sit-ups, 200 squats, 100 push-ups - new tactic!
Contra Costa Boot Camp
The previous tactic was not working, so I decided to mix the three tasks. One day sit-ups, one day squats, one day push-ups.
Let's see where this is going... Wish me luck!
