011. Try meditation

For more than one month, I looked for a meditation video in youtube and focused only on my breath.

They were short movies, 5 to 10 minutes.

Still, I didn't find relevant difference between a day with meditation and a day without meditation.

But I would never know without trying.

Nevertheless, sometimes, those 10 minutes not thinking about anything are exactly what one needs.
