004. Be able to make 200 squats

Hey!

Next week, I'll start working on the 200 consecutive squats. Of the three challenges (003, 004 and 005) it's the easiest. I will do it Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

I just did the first test and guess what? For my age (under 30), I scored excellent! Which means I will start straight in week 3 and, if everything goes well, I'll be able to do the 200 squats in only one month!
